2022-23 MIAA Men's Golfers of the Week (Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The MIAA announced its fifth men’s golfer of the week for the 2022 fall season.
 
MIAA Golfer of the Week – Tradgon McCrae – Missouri Southern
Tradgon McCrae has been named the MIAA Golfer of the Week for the third time this fall. The Lions senior took home the individual title with a three round three-under par 210, helping MSSU to a runner up finish at the Holiday Inn Express Classic hosted by Missouri Western at St. Joseph Country Club earlier this week. This is his second individual championship this season, having also won at Northeastern State earlier in the season. McCrae hit seven birdies in the final 18 holes and had 16 birdies and an eagle over the course of 54 holes.
 
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
Brett Wilcoxen – Northeastern State
Brett Wilcoxen finished one under for the tournament with a career-best runner-up finish at the Holiday Inn Express Classic. His score of 212 (72-69-71) is a career-low for a three-round tournament, beating his previous mark by three strokes. His round helped carry Northeastern State to a team title.
