SPECIAL TEAMS ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Divante Herrig-Brittain, WR, Emporia State
Divante Herrig-Brittian blocked a punt and recovered it in the endzone to give the Hornets a 14-0 lead four and a half minutes into the game on the way to a 50-14 win at Missouri Western. His 16-yard touchdown pass to Cale Cormaney extended the Tiger lead to 17-7 in the second quarter. Heavner averaged 6.3 yards per carry and his longest rush went for 18 yards.
