KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association announced new Athletes of the Week for week ten of the 2026 softball season. Pittsburg State’s Haili Igou earned her first Hitter of the Week honor and Missouri Southern’s Kiki Pickens claimed her first Pitcher of the Week award.
MIAA HITTER OF THE WEEK: Haili Igou, Pittsburg State
Haili Igou led the Gorillas with a .636 batting average and a .714 on-base percentage, helping the Gorillas to a 4-0 week in doubleheaders against Drury (Apr. 7) and Northwest Missouri (Apr. 10). In total for the week, the Stuart, Okla., native recorded seven hits, six runs scored, five RBI, two doubles a triple, three walks drawn and a pair of stolen bases. Against Drury, Igou went 4-of-4 in the doubleheader with five runs scored, three walks drawn, two runs driven in and two doubles against the Panthers. On the road against Northwest Missouri, Igou recorded an RBI triple in game one’s 4-0 win and a pair of RBI singles in game two’s 11-7 win to help the Gorillas move to 39-2 on the season and 11-1 in MIAA play. This season, Igou is slashing .312/.462/.569 (1.031 OPS) with a team-high 31 walks drawn to go with 39 runs scored, 29 RBI, nine doubles, five home runs and seven stolen bases.
MIAA PITCHER OF THE WEEK: Kiki Pickens, Missouri Southern
Kiki Pickens collected two wins with a 0.50 ERA over her two starts for Missouri Southern over its MIAA road weekend. Pickens registered a pair of complete games, throwing 14.0 innings with a MIAA-leading 12 strikeouts on the week and limited opposing batters to a .064 batting average. In the 3-1 win over Missouri Western, Pickens allowed just one earned run on one hit with five strikeouts as she went the distance in the victory. She followed that up, with another complete game against Northwest Missouri, allowing zero earned runs on two hits with seven strikeouts for the Lions to earn the 6-1 victory. With the pair of wins, the junior pitcher improved to 14-2 in 2026.

HITTERS
Katie Gray, Missouri Southern
Katie Gray led the Lions to a 3-1 MIAA weekend, batting .500 (1.250 SLG%, .571 OB%) with four runs, six hits, three homers, and five RBI. She also had a pair of walks over the road MIAA weekend. Gray hit homers in three-straight games over the Missouri Western and Northwest Missouri doubleheaders. She posted two RBI in both games against MWSU before a 3-for-4 outing in game one at Northwest Missouri. Gray also had at least one hit in each of the four games last weekend and is currently on a five-game hitting streak. With three homers this past weekend, Gray, MSSU’s all-time career home run leader, has now surpassed double-digit home runs for the second-straight season.
Madi Moore, Washburn
Madi Moore went 5-for-6 (.833) with four RBI, three runs scored and a walk in Washburn’s MIAA doubleheader sweep of Newman last Saturday (Apr. 11). Four of Moore’s five total hits went for extra bases with a pair of doubles in game one’s 9-0 victory and another double and a home run in game two’s 11-2 win.
Jenna Jobe, Central Oklahoma
Jenna Jobe went 7-for-10 at the plate last week with three doubles, two runs scored and two RBI, helping the Bronchos to a 2-2 week against Southern Nazarene and Emporia State. The sophomore went 1-for-3 and 2-for-2 in Central's split at Southern Nazarene before going 2-for-2 and 2-for-3 in the MIAA doubleheader with Emporia State. Jobe had two doubles in game two at SNU and one more in game two against the Hornets.
PITCHERS
Andi Siebeneck, Central Missouri
Andi Siebeneck helped the Jennies to a pair of doubleheader sweeps over Northeastern State and Washburn last week, tossing 10 shutout innings in two starts, allowing seven hits, while striking out four batters. In the 9-0 shutout of the RiverHawks, the senior had a complete-game performance, allowing three hits, while striking out four NSU batters for good measure. In the 5-0 shutout of the Ichabods, Siebeneck followed suit with another five-inning outing, allowing no runs on four hits, improving to 11-4 on the year.
Emma Crabb, Pittsburg State
Emma Crabb helped the Gorillas to a 4-0 week over Drury and Northwest Missouri with a win and save in two appearances. The Mountain Home, Ark., native in 7.1 innings of work struck out nine, while possessing a .231 opponent batting average, 0.00 ERA and 0.85 WHIP. Against Northwest Missouri (Apr. 10), Crabb recorded eight strikeouts in a seven-inning 4-0 complete game shutout victory. She began the week with a one-out save against Drury (Apr. 7). For the season, Crabb is 13-1 with two saves for a 1.56 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and .192 Opponent Batting Average in 81.0 innings. Crabb has struck out 75 hitters while walking only 18. In MIAA play, Crabb is 5-1 with a 1.50 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and .212 OBA in 32.2 innings of work, striking out 27 with three complete games and a pair of shutouts.
