Kansas City, Mo. – Emporia State swept Central Oklahoma as they brought week eleven to a close.

WBB – #2 ESU 73, UCO 50
#2 Emporia State put up 47 points going into the half as they picked up a victory at home over Central Oklahoma. ESU got 27 points off of turnover and 14 points on second chance as they moved to 9-1 in the league this season.

For the Lady Hornets Laura Patrick scored 17 points and Desiree Wylie pulled down 11 rebounds. Haley Parker and Rheanna Egli scored 10 points each as Egli added six assists. For the Bronchos Jill Bryan scored 16 points and Olivia Mason added six rebounds.

MBB – ESU 92, UCO 80
Emporia State got 47 points in the first half as they picked up their fifth straight with a win over Central Oklahoma at home. ESU shot .638 for the game as they moved to 7-3 in league play this season.

For the Hornets Kaleb Wright scored 32 points, pulled down seven rebounds and dished four assists. Terrence Moore had 21 points and Paul Bunch scored 14 points and brought down a game high eight rebounds. For the Bronchos Josh Gibbs led the way with 20 points and seven rebounds. Seth Heckart had 17 points, Jacob Richardson had 16 points and Cal Andrews finished with 11 points.
