Amber Feldman started working with the Association on July 1, 2011 and was elevated to the MIAA's Deputy Commissioner and Senior Woman Administrator on July 1, 2022.

Feldman serves as the sport administrator for volleyball, women’s basketball, wrestling, men’s and women’s golf and softball. She is also responsible for the financial operations, awards program and the officiating management of the MIAA.
 
Feldman is currently the lead staff liaison for the league’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Athletics Administrators Committee, Championships and Officiating Advisory Group, Hall of Fame Committee and the Scheduling Subcommittee.
 
During her time at the MIAA, Feldman has organized the successful bid process to host the 2014-17 Division II Football Championships, and then served as the event’s tournament director. She is also a former member and chairwoman of the Division II Cross Country and Track & Field Committee. She currently serves on the Division II Committee on Infractions. Feldman is also a 2023 graduate of the NCAA’s Pathway Program.
 
Feldman joined the MIAA staff after four years (2007-2011) working as the Assistant Coordinator for Championships at the NCAA. There she planned and implemented all facets of the championships for Division II Football, Division I Women’s Soccer, Division II Men’s Basketball, Divisions I, II and III Wrestling, Division II Women’s Golf and Division I Baseball.

Prior to her time at the NCAA, Feldman was the Communications Intern at the Horizon League. Feldman also previously served as an intern for NCAA Statistics and the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA).

The Bourbon, Indiana native graduated with a bachelor of science in Sport Administration from Ball State University in May 2006. She earned her master of science in Sport Management from Drexel University in August 2010.
