Anthony Rittof joined the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association in September of 2022 as the Association's Assistant Director for Compliance and Marketing and was promoted to the Director of Membership Services in 2024. He manages the Association’s compliance operations and assists in marketing and sponsorship efforts. He is also the sport administrator for men and women's cross country and men's and women's tennis.  

Rittof comes to the MIAA after working as a professional sport program manager at Drug Free Sport International in Kansas City. During his time at Drug Free Sport, Rittof managed the Major League Baseball (MLB) account and the Minor League Baseball (MiLB) drug-testing program.
 
Prior to his time at Drug Free Sport International, Rittoff spent four years with the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) in Lawrence, Kansas. As a member relations specialist, Rittof provided service and support to the nearly 19,000 GCSAA members and educated individuals on GCSAA membership and benefits.
 
Rittof graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 2015 and earned his master’s degree in Sport Management from Kansas in 2017.
 
While pursuing his master’s degree, Rittof worked in the Kansas athletic department as a graduate assistant. Working mostly with the Kansas Athletics Williams Education Fund, Rittof managed over 700 donor accounts and was individually responsible for generating more than $500,000 annually during his time as a GA. He also co-led efforts to secure sponsorships and raise funds for two KU related events— the Dr. Bob Run and Toss For A Cause.

Rittof and his wife, Bailey, reside in Overland Park, Kansas. They welcomed their daughter, Sloane, in September 2024.
