Second seeded Northwest Missouri will face off with seventh seed Emporia State in the quarterfinal round at 6 p.m. on March 7 from Municipal Auditorium. For the Bearcats MIAA Player of the Year DeShaun Cooper is averaging 16.6 points and 4.2 assists per game. Dillon Stazl is averaging 14.8 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Conner Crooker is averaging 11.6 points, Grant Cozad adding 11.6 points and Bryston Williams 10.1 points per game.
 
For the Hornets Kaleb Wright is averaging 19.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per games. Terrence Moore is averaging 17.3 points per game and MIAA Defensive Player of the Year Paul Bunch is averaging 10.0 points per contest.
 
The winner will face the winner of #3 Missouri Southern/#6 Nebraska-Kearney in the second of two semi-finals at 8:15 p.m. on March 8 from Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo.
