Sixth seeded Washburn will host #11 seed Southwest Baptist at 7 p.m. on March 3 from Topeka, Kan. Entering the post-season the Ichabods are led by Casyn Buchman who is averaging 14.6 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. Brittney Lynch is averaging 10.4 points and 9.2 rebounds per game while Taylor Ignoto is averaging 11.8 points per contest.
 
The Bearcats are led by Brook Duncan entering tournament play as she is averaging 14.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. Jacqui Zelenka is averaging 14.2 points and a team best 8.1 rebounds per contest.
 
The winner of the game will advance to face third seed Pittsburg State at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 6 from Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo.
