Fourth seeded Northeastern State will host fifth seeded Northwest Missouri in the opening round of the MIAA Women's Soccer Tournament. The two teams met earlier this year in Maryville with Kelsey Adams stopping ten shots to help preserve a 3-0 win for NWMSU. Anna Calgaard scored two goals and Victoria Von Mende added one in the Bearcat effort. NSU enters the tournament led by Elizabeth Cudjoe who has six goals and eight assists on the year. Jennifer Clark and Lindsey Latta each have six goals and five assists while Emily Voges has six goals and three assists. Between the pipes Maggie Kloza is 8-3-1 with a 1.09 goals against average and one shutout. NWMSU enters the postseason led by Victoria Von Mende who has seven goals and two assists. Amanda Burndrant has four goals and three assists while Elizabeth Walde has four goals and one assist for the Bearcats. In goal Kelsey Adams is 6-5-2 with a 1.35 goals against average and four shutouts. The match is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start from DeLoache Field in Tahlequah, Okla.
