KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The 2026 MIAA Men’s Golf Championship returns to the Jefferson City Country Club in Jefferson City, Mo. The three-day, 54-hole postseason tournament is set to begin Monday, April 13, with a new MIAA champion crowned on Wednesday, April 15.
All 11 MIAA men’s golf programs will take the course at the
Jefferson City Country Club on Monday, April 13, for the opening round of the Association’s postseason tournament. MIAA golfers will play three rounds total with the official tee times set to begin at 8:30 a.m. each day. An MIAA tournament champion and regular season champion will be crowned after the completion of Wednesday’s final round.

Defending MIAA champion Central Oklahoma enters the 2026 championship as the favorite to take home both the tournament title and regular season title again this season. The Bronchos have won all three MIAA-designated events this season and currently hold a 5.5-point lead in the 2025-26 men’s golf standings. Washburn currently ranks second in the team standings, followed by Central Missouri in third.
The Bronchos also lead the NCAA Division II Central Region standings. Central Oklahoma ranks No. 3 in the Central Region, followed by Washburn (No. 5), Pittsburg State (No. 8) and Missouri Western (No. 9). The winner of the postseason tournament will earn the Association's automatch bid into the 2026 NCAA Division II postseason. The Central/Midwest Regional Championship is scheduled for May 7-9 at the Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Mich.
