PITTSBURG, Kan. – The Pittsburg State University women’s track and field program won its fifth consecutive indoor title at the 2026 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by the Gorillas February 28-March 1 in Pittsburg. Northwest Missouri women finished as the league’s indoor runner-up, also for the fifth consecutive season.
MIAA track and field teams filled the Gorillas’ Robert W. Plaster Center this weekend for the 2026 Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championships. The three-day event crowned 16 individual MIAA champions, two MIAA champion relay teams, and had six indoor record-breaking performances.
