KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The 2026 MIAA Men's and Women's Basketball Championships will continue to feature the fan favorite, MIAA Madness Youth Days. Thousands of grade school students and youth group members from around the greater Kansas City metro area and beyond will once again pack historic Municipal Auditorium for MIAA Madness, March 4-8 in downtown Kansas City. 

Prior to tip-off of the 12 p.m. women’s games Wednesday through Friday, Youth Day participants will take part in an interactive, educational pregame program before filling the arena to bring chaos and energy for the afternoon sessions. 

The Kansas City Disc Dogs will once again perform during halftime of Wednesday’s first-round women’s game, and Thursday’s and Friday’s quarterfinal contests. The Kansas City Disc Dogs are a group of local dogs and their owners who love playing frisbee. No strangers to the bright lights, the KC Disc Dogs have performed in arenas all over the Kansas City metro and throughout the Midwest.
