ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Thirteen talented players were named to the 2025 MIAA Volleyball Championship’s All-Tournament Team.
The top eight teams from the regular season advanced to the league’s 2025 postseason volleyball championship, hosted November 20-22 in St. Joseph’s Civic Arena. Nebraska Kearney claimed the tournament title with a sweep of Washburn in the championship finale on Saturday, November 22.
Thirteen student-athletes from six different teams were named to the championship’s All-Tournament Team, selected by MIAA head coaches. The winning Lopers had five players named to the team while Washburn, the championship’s runner-up, had two honorees.
Central Oklahoma and Pittsburg State both advanced to the championship’s semifinal matches and received two All-Tournament Team members each. Central Missouri and Emporia State suffered first-round losses in the championship quarterfinals and each had one player named to the All-Tournament Team.
