INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The NCAA announced the 56 teams advancing to the NCAA Division II women’s soccer postseason on November 19, naming four MIAA teams to the list of postseason qualifiers.
Missouri Western automatically qualified for the NCAA postseason after taking home the tournament title at the 2025 MIAA Women’s Soccer Championship. Central Missouri, Pittsburg State and Washburn each earned at-large bids to join the Griffons in the postseason. No. 4-seeded Washburn and No. 5-seeded Missouri Western will travel to Mankato, Minn., to compete in regional quarterfinal and semifinal matches, hosted by top-seeded Minnesota State. The Ichabods (11-3-5) and Griffons (12-2-7) will battle in the regional quarterfinals at 10 a.m. Central Time in Mankato.

No. 6-seeded Pittsburg State and No. 7 seed Central Missouri will also head to Minnesota for the opening rounds of the Central Region Championship, hosted by Bemidji State in Bemidji, Minn. The Gorillas (14-3-2) will take on No. 3 seed St. Cloud State (14-2-5) at 12 p.m. Central Time, and the Jennies (10-5-4) will face No. 2 seed and regional host Bemidji State (14-2-4) at 4 p.m. Central Time on Friday.

The winners of Friday’s matches will advance to the regional semifinals on Sunday, November 23. Winners from each regional site will compete in regional championship matches on Sunday, November 30, and each regional champion will advance to the NCAA Division II national quarterfinals, set for Saturday, December 6. The Division II semifinals and championship matches are slated for December 12 and 14 at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
