Northwest Missouri Hosts 2022 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The 2022 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships begin Friday, February 25 inside Northwest Missouri’s Hudges Fieldhouse on the Nodaway Valley Bank Track in Maryville, Mo.
 
The three-day event begins with the Pentathlon and Heptathlon events Friday afternoon. Both Saturday and Sunday will begin with field events with track events starting at 2 p.m. on Saturday and 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. To see the full schedule of events, click here.
 
Admission will be charged at the door each day. Single Day tickets cost $8 for adults and $4 for students and children ages 3-18. Three Day/All-Session passes will be sold for $15. Children two and under will be free of charge.
 
The championships will be streamed live on the MIAA Network. A single day pass will be $10 and fans can also purchase a $15 All-Access pass for the weekend. MIAA Network All-Access and monthly subscribers will have access to all three days of the track & field meet.
 
The video stream will capture finals of all running events and will utilize a split screen to ensure coverage of all field events. Northwest Missouri’s quad view will enable fans to watch running events with a clock/results board while also keeping up with field events. The full broadcast will be run by Northwest Missouri students as part of Catvision, under the Communication and Mass Media department.
 
Pittsburg State is the reigning indoor champions on the men’s side and Central Missouri captured the women’s indoor championship title in 2021.
