Oklahoma City, Okla. – Top seeded Central Oklahoma rallied for three runs in the bottom of the sixth to earn a 4-3 victory over Northwest Missouri in the MIAA Softball Championship from the ASA Hall of Fame Complex in Oklahoma City, Okla.
 
Northwest Missouri pieced together four straight hits to plate two in the second as Rebecca Maher and Kaitlin Weis each had RBI singles. JoBi Heath answered for the Bronchos with a single up the middle scoring Carrie Abrams and cutting the lead in half.
 
Karli Allen hit a two-out home run in the top of the fourth inning to push the NWMSU lead to 3-1. The Central Oklahoma rally began in the bottom of the seventh inning as Carli Jones hit a solo home run. Brooke Zukerman would then triple and come home to score a well executed sacrifice bunt by Ashliegh Tramel. Mo Selman would then double to right center to drive home the go ahead run.
 
In the circle Jayden Chestnut earned the win pitching a complete game and striking out six.
 
Central Oklahoma will advance to the MIAA Tournament Championship while Northwest Missouri turns around to face Emporia State in an elimination game.
