Pittsburg, Kan. – Fort Hays State shot just .328 from the field as they fell 60-55 to Winona State in the opening round of the NCAA Division II Central Regional.
 
For the Tigers Jill Faxon led the way with 11 points finishing with a double-double also pulling down 15 rebounds. Taylor Chandler also finished with 11 points and Beth Bohuslavsky dished out four assists.
 
They finish the season with a 25-6 overall record in the quarterfinals of the regional tournament.
