Kansas City, Mo. -- Central Oklahoma struck for four runs in the first inning as they defeated Fort Hays State 7-1 to win the Central Regional 1 title in Hays, Kan.
For the Bronchos Kacie Edwards went two for four with two runs driven in. Ally Dziadula was one for three, but scored three runs and stole a base. Haley Hudson was two for three with a run driven in. Nicole Workman and Hannah Justice scored a run while Same Cool drove in two runs and Tori Collet drove in one. Kalynn Schrock allowed just three hits while striking out six to pick up the complete game win.

For the Tigers Bianca Adame had a hit and scored the teams only run.
Fort Hays State has been eliminated from the NCAA Tournament while Central Oklahoma will face Winona State in super regional play.
