Kansas City, Mo. -- Central Oklahoma got two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to advance in the NCAA Central Regional in Hays, Kan with a 2-0 win over Minot State.
The two teams were scoreless through five and a half innings in a game that only saw nine total hits. Sam Cools was one for three with a two-run double late in the game. Kaylee Brunson went two for three with a run scored and a stolen base. Kalynn Schrock went seven innings allowing just four hits and striking out seven.
The Bronchos will now await the winner of tonight's Fort Hays State/Emporia State game.
