Kansas City, Mo. -- The push to finish in the top eight comes to a conclusion in the final regular season week of MIAA softball.

Central Missouri took three of four last week as they make a push to finish the season in the league’s top eight. At the plate Braylyn Bivens is hitting .390 with 24 runs driven in and 44 runs scored. In the circle Jakki Prater is 8-5 with a 2.39 earned run average and 84 strikeouts.

Emporia State has won three straight as they look to stay in the top half of the league standings.
