Bracket

Kansas City, Mo. – The MIAA announced today the bracket and schedule for the MIAA Women’s Basketball Tournament to be played March 5, 8-10 on campus sites and at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo.

Opening round games will be played on the home floor of the higher seed on March 5 at 7 p.m. #9 Northwest Missouri will travel to #8 Missouri Southern and #12 Southwest Baptist will hit the road for #5 Truman. #11 Lincoln will travel to #6 Fort Hays State while #10 Missouri Western faces off with #7 Pittsburg
State.

#1 Washburn, #2 Central Missouri, #3 Northeastern State and #4 Emporia State will all await the winners of those games at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo.

Tuesday, March 5, 2013 (Campus Sites - Higher Seed hosts)
Game 1: #9 Northwest Missouri at #8 Misouri Southern        7 p.m.   
Game 2: #12 Southwest Baptist at #5 Truman                        7 p.m.   
Game 3: #11 Lincoln at #6 Fort Hays State                             7 p.m.
