#6 Missouri Western at #3 Fort Hays State
Third seed Fort Hays State will play host to Missouri Western as the two teams open the MIAA Women’s Soccer Tournament.
 
The Tigers are led by Hailey Davey who has five goals and ten assists and Kelsey Steffens with seven goals and five assists. Cenayda Guzman has four goals and one assist and Jordan Hester has netted four goals this season. Between the pipes Kristen Thompson has a 0.64 goals against average with 73 saves and ten shutouts.
 
For the Griffons Tara Russell has four goals and two assists and K.C. Ramsell has scored three goals and dished one assist. Sydney Cluck has one goals and two assists and Sydney Andrews and Bridget Blessie each have two goals. In goal Sarah Lyle has a 0.85 goals against average with 75 saves and eight shutouts.
 
The winner will face either second seed Southwest Baptist or seventh seed Emporia State at 4 p.m. on Nov. 7 from the College Boulevard Activities Complex.
