#3 Southwest Baptist vs. #7 Emporia State
Seventh seed Emporia State also rides an upset into a semi-final match-up with third seeded Southwest Baptist in the semi-finals of the MIAA Women’s Soccer Tournament.

The Bearcats are led by Ashley Creason who has nine goals and three assists on the season. Karla Jamison has eight goals and three assists while her sister Kate Jamison has seven goals and four assists. In goal this season Paige Hemphill has a 1.44 goals against average with 83 saves and three shutouts.

The Hornets are led by McKenzie Koch who has five goals and one assist. Jordan Foutch has four goals and an assist while Tommi Bouknight has three goals and two assists. In goal this season Yadria Rivera has a 0.76 goals against average with 99 saves and nine shutouts.

The winner will face the winner of the other semi-final in the MIAA Championship on Nov. 10 from the College Boulevard Activities Complex in Olathe, Kan.
