Kansas City, Mo. – Central Missouri’s Justin Graff-Rowe has been named the MIAA Baseball Hitter of the Week while Northwest Missouri’s Anthony Caenepeel was named the Pitcher of the Week.
 
MIAA Baseball Hitter of the Week
Justin Graff-Rowe, OF, Central Missouri
Graff-Rowe hit .786 in four UCM wins last week. He went 11-for-14 at the plate with three doubles, a triple, home run, six RBI and 10 runs scored. He had a 1.357 slugging percentage and a .765 on-base percentage as he was also hit by two pitches. He raised his MIAA-leading batting average to .462 and his on-base percentage to .520. He had at least two hits in every game and three hits in three games. The junior outfielder is a native of Waterloo, Onatrio, Canada where he competed at Sir John. A. McDonald Secondary School.

MIAA Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Anthony Caenepeel, P, Northwest Missouri
Anthony Caenepeel threw 8.1 scoreless innings on Friday in a 2-0 win over Central Oklahoma. The right hander allowed just four hits before handing the game over to the Bearcat closer Nikko Pablo. He struck out seven Bronchos and issued just one walk in the victory. The senior is a native of Willard, Mo. and transferred to NWMSU from North Central Community College.
