Kansas City, Mo. – Seventh seeded Lincoln used a 22-5 run to erase a double-digit deficit to force overtime, but fell 82-78 to second seeded Nebraska-Kearney in a wild one in Municipal.
 
For the Lopers Ty Danielson led the way scoring 25 points while Trey Lansman finished with 18 points. Connor Beranek had 17 points and Ethan Brozek added a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards.
 
For the Blue Tigers Jaylon Smith led the way with 25 points while pulling down eight rebounds. Anthony Virdure added 18 points and Richie Lewis had 17 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.
 
UNK will now face #3 Missouri Southern in the first of two semifinals at 6 p.m. on March 5 from Municipal Auditorium.
